When is a strategic roadmap useful?
Usually when AI is already on the radar, but it is still unclear where it can make a real difference. In such a conversation we explore processes, risks, team impact, and possible applications. The goal is not immediate implementation, but clarity on where controlled experimentation could make sense.
What does such a conversation produce in concrete terms?
You usually leave with three things: a clearer view of where AI could genuinely help, which risks and constraints come with it, and one or two first steps that can be tested in a controlled way. Sometimes that leads to a pilot. Sometimes it leads to a different priority or the conclusion that the timing is not right yet.
Do we already need to know exactly what we want to build, or even whether AI is the right path?
